Nails of Peace

Buy a large nail or a spike like those used for constructing railroad tracks.
Dip it in gold, or silver, or copper or blood.

Engrave on it words of peace only.
Attach a harness and equip it with a small parachute.

Fly over a war-ravaged country.
Drop your emissary of peace out of your airplane.

Repeat until wars become a distant memory.

Hi raul,

i appreciate your second comment. what blew you away? the poetry? I wasn't really sure. That piece was an old one I just felt like putting up. No double meaning. I have a lot of other writing that's not public. I'm glad that you mentioned that, I would like to keep in touch actually, preferably via email, because I feel that you have a lot of good words to impart and a lot of inspiration to give. I don't think age would be an issue with that kind of correspondence. I am a christian too, but just recently my relationship with God took a dive. Perhaps I can learn something good from you. From one christian to another.
